It’s our own fault, I guess. Call ourselves Wyldblood Press and put pictures of wolves on the website and it stands to reason many, many people will send us werewolf stories. And some of them are really, really good. Too many for Wyld Stories, certainly (we don’t want to be known as ‘that werewolf magazine’ so I’m drawing the line at one werewolf story per issue) but I’m tempted to put out a werewolf anthology pretty soon. In the meantime, unless your story is awards-quality brilliant, you might want to think twice about pitching us werewolves for a while.
